R28 Resonater square neck

I built this last year and was going to keep it for myself, but I never get around to play so now it is up for sale. It is a very special resonater guitar with a square neck and the top is a torrified sitka spruce, solid mahogany back,sides and neck. Instead of soundport on the top it a has a sound hole on the  side facing the listener. The cone is a handmade quaterman and the stringholder and coverplate is distresed to look old. the tuner, Schertler, is positioned up so it is easier to tune. The pickup is a Fishman for resonater guitars.  A Sanden case are included.
